Created in 2001, CDC Arkhineo is a French company wholly owned by Caisse des Dépôts with the aim of ensuring the long-term retention of electronic documents with probative value.
With its electronic archiving system in SaaS mode, CDC Arkhineo ensures the integrity, the long-term retention and the compliance of more than 2 billion electronic documents (contracts, invoices, play slips, consumer loans etc.) as well as an eIDAS qualified service of validation and preservation of qualified electronic signatures.

CDC Arkhineo allows the companies and Administrations to deal with their legal obligations of retention and in the possible constraints of compliance; but also, to have electronic documents admissible as proof in case of judicial cases.
CDC Arkhineo guarantees the retention of data in its own secured data-centers located in France and in Germany.
CDC Arkhineo has six certifications: NF 461 (for Electronic Archiving System, compliant with ISO 14641-1), SIAF (preservation of public archives), HDS (hosting provider of personal health data), ISO 27001 (security of management systems), eIDAS (validation and preservation of qualified electronic signature throughout European Union) and France cybersecurity label.
